摘  要:针对陕煤建庄煤矿回风立井井筒施工时场地狭小、距离既有建筑物近等现场条件,通过计算与分析制定了双绞车单侧布置、单侧排矸的地面布置方案;根据井筒工程特征确定了井筒施工的相关配套设备,并验算了整体井架在工作时的稳定性;同时对爆破作业对既有建筑物的振动影响进行了验算,确定了不同井筒深度施工时的一次起爆最大药量,并制定了相应的减震措施。通过实践表明,在有限场地内采取双提升单侧布置的施工方案是可行的,能够保证安全生产,为类似条件的井筒施工提供了借鉴经验。In view of the characteristics of small space and close distance from existing buildings during the construction of return air shaft in Jianzhuang Coal Mine,the construetion scheme of double winch unilateral layout and unilateral gangue discharge was selected through calculation.According to the characteristics of the shaft,the related equipment for shaft construction was determined.The stability of the whole derrick in operation was checked.At the same time,the influence of blasting operation on the vibration of existing buildings was checked,and the maximum explosive quantity at one time in different shaft depth construction was determined,and the corresponding damping measures were taken.The practice showed that it was feasible to adopt the construction scheme of double lifting and one side layout in the narrow site,which could ensure the safety in production,and provide reference for similar conditions of shaft construction.
