摘　　要：分析了汽车行业产品开发过程精度管理现状,主要是产品开发周期短,同时精度管理相对弱化。但冲压产品精度对整车的影响是长久的和深远的,所以,需要进行更加精细化管理。从模具工艺设计到产品量产的各个过程,介绍了精度管理的要点项目和管理方法。Analysis present situation of precision management in product development process of automobile industry,the main problem is short product development time,and at the same time,precision management is weak in the development process.However,the effect of stamping product accuracy issues on the vehicle is long-term and far-reaching,so it needs to be more refined management.This paper introduces some key points and management methods of precision management from die process design to series production.
