摘　　要：ZJ17卷烟机组MAX滤嘴接装机主要功能是将烟支、滤棒进行拼接,再经过水松纸包裹,继而形成产品烟支。部分烟支品牌使用沟槽型滤棒,在第二次分切时出现切割后烟支表面皱纹、划痕、切口斜的缺陷问题。针对此问题,通过改进制作导轨,增加导轨的与烟支的接触面积,最终达到烟支在切割时受力均匀的目的,解决沟槽型滤棒在第二次分切时出现烟支质量缺陷的问题。该装置的设计与应用进一步优化卷烟机的性能,减少不合格卷烟的产出量,以满足生产需求并提升产品质量。The main function of the ZJ17 cigarette unit MAX filter fitting machine is to splice the cigarette and filter rod,and then wrap them in tipping paper to form the product cigarette.Some cigarette brands use grooved filter rods,which cause defects such as wrinkles,scratches,and oblique incisions on the surface of the cigarette after the second cutting.This article aims to address this is⁃sue by improving the production of guide rails and increasing the contact area between the guide rails and the cigarette,ultimately achieving the goal of uniform force distribution during cutting,and solv⁃ing the problem of cigarette quality defects in groove type filter rods during the second cutting.The design and application of this device further optimize the performance of the cigarette machine,re⁃duce the output of unqualified cigarettes,meet production needs,and improve product quality.
