摘  要:建立电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定黄金中铼含量。采用王水直接溶解黄金样品,选择221.426 nm作为铼元素分析谱线,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪测定,实验确定的标准曲线法可准确且快速测定黄金中铼含量,金基体不干扰铼的测定,方法检出限为0.0028μg/mL,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.74%~7.90%(n=6),样品加标回收率为96.00%~110.0%,该方法的测定铼的质量分数范围为0.0005%~3.00%。该法作为国家标准方法的补充,将铼作为杂质元素应用于电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法差减法中,可准确得出黄金中金含量。A method for determining rhenium content in gold by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy was established.The gold sample was directly dissolved by aqua regia,and 221.426 nm was selected as the analytical spectral line of rhenium element,which was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer.The standard curve method was ensued by experiment to be ablie to accurately and quickly determine the rhenium content in gold,and the gold matrix does not interfere with the determination of rhenium.The limit of detection was 0.0028μg/mL.The relative standard deviation of the detection results was in the range of 0.74%-7.90%(n=6).With the standard addition,the recovery was in the range of 96.00%-110.0%.The measurement range of this method was 0.0005%-3.00%.As a supplement to the national standard method,rhenium was used as an impurity element in ICP-AES difference method,which could accurately determinate the amount of gold in gold.
