摘 要:建立了火焰原子吸收光谱法测定镍基高温合金中镉元素的含量。样品以盐酸、硝酸、氢氟酸消解,选择镉的分析谱线为Cd 228.80 nm。对仪器参数进行了优化,考察了基体和共存元素对镉元素测定的影响。结果表明,采用塞曼背景校正和基体匹配法可以消除基体的影响。在选定的仪器工作条件下,镉的质量浓度在0~0.2μg/mL范围内与吸光度具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9999,检出限为0.00004%,定量限为0.0002%,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于10%(n=8),样品加标回收率为100.5%~109.5%,该方法能够满足科研生产需求,可用于镍基高温合金中镉元素含量的测定。A flame atomic absorption spectroscopy method was established to determine the cadmium content in nickel based high-temperature alloys.The sample was digested with hydrochloric acid,nitric acid,and hydrofluoric acid,and the analytical spectral line for cadmium was selected as 228.80 nm.The instrument parameters were optimized,and the effects of matrix and coexisting elements on the determination of cadmium were investigated.The results indicate that the use of Zeeman background correction and matrix matching methods can eliminate the influence of the matrix.Under the selected experimental conditions,the mass concentration of cadmium showed a good linear relationship with absorption intensity in the range of 0-0.2μg/mL,with the correlation coefficient of 0.9999,the detection limit was 0.00004%,and the quantification limit was 0.0002%.The relative standard deviation was less than 10%(n=8),and the recovery rate was 100.5%-109.5%.This method can meet the needs of scientific research and production.It can be used for the determination of cadmium content in nickel based high-temperature alloys.
