摘  要:按《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015版)中液相色谱-串联质谱法测定化妆品中雌二醇的含量,因样品检出结果在定量限附近,为确保结果的可靠性,对其检测过程的不确定度进行分析。通过建立数学模型,考察不确定度的来源并进行量化,计算出相对标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果表明,测量不确定度的主要来源为标准曲线拟合和仪器引入,当被测样品中雌二醇的质量分数为0.3108μg/g时,其扩展不确定度为0.04846μg/g。该方法对其检验过程进行质量控制、提升检测结果的准确性提供参考。The estradiol content in cosmetics was determined by liquid chromatoc-tandem mass spectrometry according to the Technical Specification for Safety of Cosmetics(2015 edition).The result of sample detection was near the limit of quantification.In order to ensure the reliability of the result,the uncertainty of the detection process was analyzed.By establishing a mathematical model,the sources of uncertainty were investigated and quantified,the relative standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty were calculated.The results showed that the main sources of measurement uncertainty were the fitting of the standard curve and instrument introduction.When the estradiol content of the tested sample was 0.3108μg/g,the extended uncertainty was 0.04846μg/g.This method provides a reference for quality control of its inspection process and improving the accuracy of detection results.
