摘　　要：综述了软骨藻酸的检测方法,包括酶联免疫吸附法、高效液相色谱法以及高效液相色谱-串联质谱法等方法的原理及优缺点,同时介绍了软骨藻酸在贝类、拟菱形藻、血液、尿液等样本的检测方法及其应用,生物传感器法、分子印迹法等新型技术也被用于软骨藻酸的检测,近年来长期慢性低剂量摄入软骨藻酸对生物体的影响受到广泛关注,可作为今后研究重点。The detection methods of domoic acid(DA)were reviewed,Including enzyme-linked immunosorbent method,high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)and other methods of principle and advantages and disadvantages.At the same time,the detection methods and applications of DA in shellfish,pseudo-nitzschia algae,blood,urine and other samples are introduced.New technologies such as biosensor method and molecular imblotting are also used in the detection of DA.In recent years,the effects of long-term chronic low-dose intake of DA on organisms have been widely concerned,which can be used as the focus of future research.
