摘　　要：总结李盛华教授运用陇中正骨手法治疗伸直型桡骨远端骨折的经验,李盛华教授认为陇中正骨流派手法特点为“便、捷、巧、效”,并在此基础上提出“审视病症、摸法为先,巧用手技、注重固定,三期用药、功法配合,全程护理、调养身心”的骨伤科治疗和康复理念。李盛华教授将传统手法与现代医学技术相结合,提出充分利用现代医学手段,以手法为主,精准治疗;并将个性化治疗及快速康复理念引入到桡骨远端骨折的手法治疗中,取得良好的临床疗效。The paper summarizes professor Li Shenghua's experience in treating extended distal radius fracture with Longzhong bone-setting manipulation,he holds that Longzhong bone-setting school is characterized by"convenient,fast,smart and effective",on this foundation,he puts forward the concept of"examining the disease,touching first,skillfully using the technique,paying attention to the fixation,three-stage medication,skills combined with the method,whole-course nursing,adjusting the body and the mind"for the therapy and rehabilitation of orthopedic department.Combining traditional manipulation with modern medical technology,professor Li makes the best of modern medical measures,with the manipulation and precise treatment as the main therapy,he introduces the individualized treatment and rapid rehabilitation concept into the manipulation of distal radius fracture,with good clinical effects.
