中医情志综合护理对光动力治疗乳房外Paget病患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医情志等综合护理方法对光动力治疗(photodynamic therapy,PDT)乳房外Paget病患者护理满意度、疼痛程度及生存质量的影响。方法:将52例乳房外Paget病确诊患者随机分为对照组和观察组各26例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予中医情志等综合护理。比较两组患者护理满意度、疼痛程度和生活质量。结果:观察组疼痛程度改善、护理满意度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组在生活质量的症状感知、日常生活、娱乐活动、工作学习及个人活动等方面得分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在PDT乳房外Paget病的治疗过程中应用中医情志综合护理措施,可减轻疼痛,提高患者满意度和生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effects of TCM emotional comprehensive nursing on the nursing satisfaction,pain degree and survival quality of patients with extramammary Paget's disease treated with photodynamic therapy(PDT).Methods:All 52 patients diagnosed with extramammary Paget's disease were randomly divided into 26 cases in the control group and 26 cases in the observation group;the control group accepted conventional nursing,and the observation group was given TCM comprehensive nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.To compare the changes of nursing satisfaction,pain degree and quality of life in the treatment process of the two groups.Results:The pain improvement and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than these of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of the observation group in the quality of life in terms of symptom perception,daily life,recreational activities,work and study and personal activities were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of TCM emotional comprehensive nursing measures in the treatment of extramammary Paget's disease with PDT can relieve pain in the treatment process and improve patients'satisfaction and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
