耳穴压丸配合乳癖灵2号方治疗冲任失调型乳腺增生症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察耳穴压丸配合乳癖灵2号方治疗冲任失调型乳腺增生的临床疗效。方法:将94例乳腺增生症患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各47例。对照组患者口服枸橼酸他莫昔芬片,治疗组在对照组基础上给予耳穴压丸配合乳癖灵2号方治疗。治疗2个月经周期后比较两组患者乳腺增生症状与体征、乳房肿块大小、乳腺腺体厚度、临床疗效以及血清孕酮(progesterone,P)、雌二醇(estradiol,E_(2))、泌乳素(prolactin,PRL)水平。结果:治疗后两组患者乳腺增生症状体征评分降低,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后两组患者乳房肿块变小,乳腺腺体厚度变薄,治疗组乳房肿块小于对照组(P<0.01),乳腺腺体厚度薄于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后两组患者血清P水平升高,E_(2)和PRL水平降低,治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率为95.74%(45/47),高于对照组的78.72%(37/47)(P<0.05)。结论:口服枸橼酸他莫昔芬片联合耳穴压丸及乳癖灵2号方能进一步改善冲任失调型乳腺增生症患者症状体征,缩小乳房肿块,调节体内激素P、E_(2)及PRL水平。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of auricular acupressure combined with Rupiling No.2 formula in the treatment of Chong-Ren dysregulation type breast hyperplasia.Methods:Ninety-four cases of female breast hyperplasia were divided into 47 cases in the treatment group and 47 cases in the control group according to random number table method.The patients of the control group were given tamoxifen citrate tablets orally;the patients of the treatment group accepted auricular acupressure and Rupiling No.2 on the basis of the control group.After two menstrual cycles of treatment,to compare the symptoms of breast hyperplasia,size of breast lumps,thickness of breast glands,clinical efficacy,and serum progesterone(P),estradiol(E_(2)),and prolactin(PRL)levels between both groups.Results:Breast hyperplasia symptom scores decreased in both groups after treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.01);breast lumps became smaller and breast gland thickness became thinner in both groups after treatment,and breast lumps in the treatment group were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.01),and breast gland thickness was thinner than that in the control group(P<0.01);serum P levels increased,and E_(2) and PRL levels decreased in both groups after treatment,and improvement in the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01);the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.74%(45/47)higher than 78.72%(37/47)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of oral tamoxifen citrate tablets,the combination of auricular acupressure and Rupiling No.2 formula can further improve the symptoms and signs of patients with Chong-Ren dysregulation type breast hyperplasia,reduce the size of breast lumps,and regulate the levels of hormones P,E_(2) and PRL in the body.
