海外侨胞“隐形在场”对侨乡村庄共同富裕的影响——以R村社区福利非商品化为例

摘　　要：如何从社会福利角度推动村庄共同富裕已成为理论界与实务界高度关注的焦点。本文从海外侨胞“隐形在场”的角度切入,基于社区福利非商品化、伦理本位等理论,通过侨乡R村的田野调查,运用案例研究方法,构建海外侨胞“隐形在场”、社区福利非商品化与村庄共同富裕的解释框架。研究发现,海外侨胞“隐形在场”对侨乡村庄共同富裕的影响方式与过程体现在:通过文化资本、经济资本、关系资本的嵌入,促进村集体经济发展、增进村庄社会资本积累,进而提升农村社区福利非商品化程度,促进村庄共同富裕。产生影响的动力源自海外侨胞深受伦理本位、差序格局等中国传统文化熏陶,影响结果是促进了低收入阶层社区福利非商品化,促进村民物质生活与精神生活的共同富裕。村庄主体性是海外侨胞“隐形在场”影响侨乡村庄共同富裕的重要调节因素。文章的创新之处在于,从侨胞群体这一新角度,拓展了已有案例研究的新视野,为海外侨胞“隐形在场”与侨乡村庄共同富裕提供了新的解释框架。The objective of this paper is to explore the formation mechanism of common prosperity in overseas Chinese villages from the perspec-tive of social welfare.Although existing literature has conducted research from the perspectives of collective economy,social capital,and the gover-nance of villages by the wealthy,and has produced some inspiring results,there are also limitations in explaining the single perspective and ne-glecting local knowledge and cultural characteristics,making it difficult to explain the causal mechanism of promoting common prosperity in rural communities of overseas Chinese townships.This article starts from the perspective of the "invisible presence" of overseas Chinese,based on theo-ries such as non commodification of community welfare and ethical standards,and through field research in R Village,a hometown of overseas Chi-nese,using case study methods,constructs an explanatory framework for the "invisible presence" of overseas Chinese,non commodification of com-munity welfare,and common prosperity of villages.This research has found that the impact of the "invisible presence" of overseas Chinese on the common prosperity of overseas Chinese villages is reflected in the following ways and processes:Through the embedding of cultural capital,eco-nomic capital,and relational capital,promoting the development of village collective economy,enhancing the accumulation of village social capital,and thereby enhancing the degree of non commodification of rural community welfare,promoting common prosperity of villages.The driving force behind the impact comes from overseas Chinese being deeply influenced by traditional Chinese culture such as ethical standards and differential order patterns.The result of the impact is to promote the non commodification of low-income community welfare and promote the common prosperi-ty of material and spiritual life for villagers.The subjectivity of villages is an important moderating factor for the "invisible presence" of overseas Chinese to affect the common prosper
