摘 要:目的:探讨智能盆底超声在诊断女性盆底障碍性疾病(FPFD)中的价值。方法:回顾性选取2021年1月—2023年1月北京和睦家医院门诊部检查的FPFD患者178例作为观察组,并且选取同期进行体检的女性160例作为对照组,均行智能盆底超声检查,比较两组不同状态盆底功能的差异。结果:与对照组相比,观察组Valsalva动作下尿道旋转角度、膀胱膨出距离、子宫脱垂率、子宫脱垂距离、直肠膨出率、直肠膨出距离值均更高(P<0.05),最大Valsalva动作和缩肛状态下的盆膈裂孔前后径、盆膈裂孔面积均更大(P<0.05)。结论:女性盆底障碍性疾病患者与常规体检女性的盆底结构和盆腔脱垂情况存在较大的差异,盆底超声对FPFD具有良好的诊断作用。Objective To investigate the value of intelligent pelvic floor ultrasound in the diagnosis of female pelvic floor disorder(FPFD).Methods A total of 178 FPFD patients examined in the outpatient department of Beijing United Family Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were retrospectively selected as the observation group,and 160 female patients who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Smart pelvic floor ultrasonography was performed to compare the differences in pelvic floor function between the two groups in different states.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher urethral transfer angle,bladder distension distance,uterine prolapse rate,uterine prolapse distance,bowel distension rate,rectal distension distance in the Valsalva maneuver(P<0.05),and greater anterior-posterior pelvic diaphragm fissure diameters,and pelvic diaphragm fissure areas in the resting state,the maximal Valsalva maneuver,and the anus-retracted state(P<0.05).Conclusion There are large differences in pelvic floor structure and pelvic prolapse between female patients with pelvic floor disorders and women with routine physical examination,and pelvic floor ultrasound has a good diagnostic role for FPFD.
