针药复合麻醉在肛肠手术中的临床研究进展

摘　　要：我国针刺镇痛的疗法已有两千余年历史,然而,单纯针刺常常达不到理想的麻醉镇痛效果,多采用针药复合麻醉,目前针药复合麻醉已被广泛应用于多种外科手术中。现阶段关于针药复合麻醉仍缺乏统一操作标准、客观评价指标,需要进一步研究和探索。本文通过搜集近5年针药复合麻醉应用于肛肠手术的临床相关文献,综述针药复合麻醉在肛肠手术中的应用进展、选穴配穴规律及电针参数选择,并提出肛肠手术中针药复合麻醉的建议方案,以期为临床工作者提供参考。In our country,acupuncture analgesia therapy has a history of more than two thousand years.However,simple acupuncture often cannot achieve the ideal effect of anesthesia and analgesia,and the acupuncture and drug combined anesthesia is commonly used.At present,there is still a lack of unified operating standards and objective evaluation indicators for acupuncture and drug combined anesthesia,which needs further research and exploration.By collecting the clinical related literatures on the application of acupuncture and drug combined anesthesia in anorectal surgery in the past five years,this paper reviews the application progress of acupuncture and drug combined anesthesia in anorectal surgery,the rules of acupoint selection and electroacupuncture parameters,and puts forward the suggested scheme of acupuncture and drug combined anesthesia in anorectal surgery,in order to provide reference for clinical workers.
