摘　　要：目的 观察老年慢性心力衰竭患者采用基于跨理论模型的焦点式心理干预对其心理韧性及健康行为的影响。方法 选择2021年1月至2022年12月黑龙江省大庆龙南医院收治的88例老年慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各44例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用基于跨理论模型的焦点式心理干预。比较两组干预前、干预3个月后心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)评分、健康促进生活方式量表-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)评分及护理满意度。结果 干预后,两组CD-RISC总评分、HPLP-Ⅱ总评分及其各维度评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于跨理论模型的焦点式心理干预可以有效提高老年慢性心力衰竭患者心理韧性及健康行为水平,且患者满意度更高。Objective To observe the impact of focused psychological intervention based on a cross theoretical model on the psychological resilience and health behavior of elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 88 elderly patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Daqing Longnan Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received focused psychological intervention based on cross theoretical model.Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)score,health promotion lifestyle profile scale-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱscore),and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before intervention and three months after intervention were compared.Results After intervention,the total score of CD-RISC,total score of HPLP-Ⅱ,and scores of all dimensions in the two groups were higher than before intervention,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Focused psychological intervention based on a cross theoretical model can effectively improve the psychological resilience and health behavior level of elderly patients with chronic heart failure,and satisfaction of patients are higher.
