摘　　要：高血压是全球高发病,与其他心血管疾病及其他器官系统疾病的发生、发展具有相关性,高血压防治对提高患者生活质量及缓解医疗保健压力均具有重要意义。广泛性焦虑作为基础保健的常见病,发病率近年来逐年增高。广泛性焦虑和高血压之间的关系复杂,并受到生理和环境因素的调节。本文就广泛性焦虑对高血压患者血压的影响进行了综述,非药物治疗对广泛性焦虑合并高血压的患者的治疗较为有效,临床中对高血压患者需进行综合治疗,优化血压控制,以减少远期并发症,改善患者预后。Hypertension is a high incidence in the world,and is related to the occurrence and development of other cardiovascular diseases and other organ system diseases.Hypertension prevention and treatment is of great significance to improve the future quality of life of patients and relieve the pressure of medical care.As a common disease in basic health care,the incidence of generalized anxiety has increased year by year in recent years.The relationship between generalized anxiety and hypertension is complex,and regulated by physiological and environmental factors.This paper reviews the effects of generalized anxiety on blood pressure in hypertensive patients.Non-drug treatment is more effective in the treatment of patients with generalized anxiety combined with hypertension.Comprehensive treatment is needed to optimize blood pressure control for patients with hypertension in clinical practice,so as to reduce long-term complications and improve patient prognosis.
