摘  要:主轴单元是数控机床的核心功能部件,其装配质量影响着数控机床高速、高精密、高可靠性等性能指标,主轴单元的装配质量又受与之配套的轴承装配质量的影响。以某型主轴单元所配置的精密轴承为研究对象,分析装配技术,制订主轴单元装配流程,并对主轴单元精度检测数据进行跟踪汇总。通过精密轴承装配得到的主轴单元,精度和性能均满足并优于设计要求,由此说明对数控机床主轴精密轴承装配技术的研究具有推广价值。Spindle unit is the core functional component of CNC machine tool,and its assembly quality affects the performance indicators of CNC machine tool,such as high speed,high precision and high reliability,and the assembly quality of spindle unit is influenced by the assembly quality of the corresponding bearing.Taking the precision bearing of a type of spindle unit as the research object,the assembly technology was analyzed,the assembly process of spindle unit was formulated,and the precision testing data of spindle unit was tracked and summarized.Spindle unit obtained through precision bearing assembly meets and even exceeds the design requirements in terms of accuracy and performance,indicating that the research on precision bearing assembly technology for CNC machine tool spindle is worth popularizing.
