摘 要:针对某车型正碰传感器安装点声惯量不足的问题,基于频率响应仿真方法,进行原因分析。参考对标车型结构,提出三种正碰传感器安装点声惯量优化方案。从性能、焊点数量、轻量化等方面进行综合评估,确定最优方案。通过试验验证了最优方案的可靠性,解决了正碰传感器安装点声惯量不足的问题。Aiming at the problem of insufficient acoustic inertia at the installation point of the frontal collision sensor for a certain vehicle,the cause was analyzed based on the frequency response simulation method.With reference to the structure of the benchmarking vehicle,three optimization schemes for the acoustic inertia of installation point of the frontal collision sensor were proposed.The optimal solution was determined by comprehensive evaluation in terms of performance,number of solder joints and light weight.The reliability of the optimal scheme was verified through experiment,and the problem of insufficient acoustic inertia at the installation point of the frontal collision sensor was solved.
