特种汽车离合主泵无法建压故障的分析

摘　　要：针对某特种汽车离合主泵无法建压的故障,对活塞卡滞、油孔堵塞、主皮圈密封失效、管道损伤或膨胀、管道接口密封不良、离合系统正向排气不适用等问题进行逐一排查,从而得到离合主泵无法建压问题的主要原因。针对故障原因,制订了相应的解决措施。In response to the voltage buildup failure of the main clutch pump of a special vehicle,the problems such as piston sticking,oil hole blockage,failure of main rubber ring seal,pipeline damage or expansion,poor seal of pipeline interface and inapplicability of forward exhaust of clutch system 1were investigated one by one,and the main reason for the voltage buildup failure of the main clutch pump was obtained.Corresponding solution was proposed for the cause of the failure.
