摘 要:合成基钻井液具有类似油基钻井液的优良作业性能,同时具备生物毒性低,易于降解的优点,具有明显的环保优势,已在海洋钻井等环境敏感区域广泛应用。合成基钻井液经历了从第一代(酯、醚、聚α-烯烃、缩醛)到第二代(线性烷基苯、线性石蜡、线性α-烯烃、内烯烃)的发展历程,不同的钻井液体系均有各自的特点和优势,目前广泛应用的合成基钻井液主要以烯烃基和烷烃基为主。费托合成技术的发展带来了以Saraline 185V为代表的气制油钻井液基础液。气制油钻井液基础液具有黏度低、黏温性能好以及低毒的特点,是目前最先进的钻井液体系。Synthetic-based drilling fluid has excellent operating performance similar to oil-based drilling fluid,meanwhile it also has obvious environmental advantages,including low biological toxicity and high biodegradability.Synthetic-based drilling fluid has been widely used in offshore drilling and other environmentally sensitive areas.The development process of synthetic-based drilling fluid has experienced from the first generation(ester,ether,poly α-olefin,acetal)to the second generation(linear alkylbenzene,linear paraffin,linear α-olefin,internal olefin).Each kind of drilling fuild system have its own characteristics and advantages.Currently,the widely used synthetic-based drilling fluids are mainly olefin base and alkane base.The development of F-T synthesis technology has provided gas-to-liquid(GTL)drilling fluid base oil,with Saraline 185V as the main product.GTL,which has the characteristics of low viscosity,good viscosity-temperature property and low toxicity,is the most advanced drilling fluid system at present.
