摘  要:针对灵石中煤化工生产中存在焦炉煤气供气稳定,而尿素、液氨产量偏低的问题,通过对比2018—2019年煤气分析与消耗情况,得出焦炉煤气组分中总碳和甲烷含量的变化是影响合成氨尿素产量偏低的主要因素。当甲烷成分下降则液氨产量下降、氨耗煤气升高;当总碳下降则尿素产量下降,吨尿素耗煤气升高。经公司检修调整配煤比后,当提升甲烷、总碳含量后,液氨与尿素产量比值逐渐下降。In view of the problem of stable coke oven gas supply and low urea and liquid ammonia production in Lingshi Middling Coal Chemical Industry,by comparing the gas analysis and consumption from 2018 to 2019,it is concluded that the change of total carbon and methane content in coke oven gas components is the main factor affecting the low urea production of synthetic ammonia.When the methane content decreases,the liquid ammonia production decreases and the ammonia gas consumption increases.When the total carbon decreases,the urea production decreases and the gas consumption per ton of urea increases.After adjusting the coal blending ratio through company maintenance,the ratio of liquid ammonia to urea production gradually decreased as the methane and total carbon content were increased.
