摘 要:为进一步探究煤矿煤尘爆炸的主要特点,以20 L球形爆炸反应釜为基础设备,搭建煤矿煤层爆炸特性实验的主要装置进行实验测试,通过大量实验验证了不同煤尘中粒粒径和瓦斯浓度对爆炸压力及其变化情况的影响。结果显示,当煤尘中粒粒径处于较低水平,或瓦斯与氧气之比可完全反应时,爆炸压力相对更高,变化也较为迅速,特别是瓦斯混合煤尘后的爆炸效果相对更为突出。初步探讨了相应的防范措施,以期为今后的煤矿开采和运输等环节提供一定的参考借鉴。In order to further explore the main characteristics of coal mine dust explosions,a 20 L spherical explosion reactor was used as the basic equipment to build the main equipment for coal mine coal seam explosion characteristics experiments.Through a large number of experiments,the influence of particle size and gas concentration in different coal dust on explosion pressure and its changes was verified.The results show that when the particle size in coal dust is at a lower level,or when the ratio of gas to oxygen can fully react,the explosion pressure is relatively higher and the change is more rapid,especially when the explosion effect of gas mixed with coal dust is relatively more prominent.Preliminary exploration of corresponding preventive measures was conducted in order to provide certain reference for future coal mining and transportation processes.
