摘 要:随着开采技术的提高及开采深度的增加,高硫煤在煤矿开采占比越来越大,而高硫煤开采过程中高浓度硫化氢气体含量较大。以隆博矿2-501综采工作面硫化氢气体超前治理为背景,采取对煤体硫化氢富集区压注溶质质量分数为15%的碱性混合液和采动时高压喷洒溶质质量分数为5%的碱性混合液两种措施进行气体治理,并对治理效果进行分析,确定了2-501综采工作面硫化氢综合治理技术。经现场实测,回采期间煤体硫化氢气体涌出量明显降低,治理效果良好。With the development of mining technology and the increase of mining depth,high sulfur coal mining is imperative,and high sulfur coal containing high concentration of hydrogen sulfide gas is likely to increase significantly,this paper is based on the background of advanced treatment of hydrogen sulfide gas in Longbo 2-501 fully mechanized coal face,and analyzes the gas treatment effect by pressure injection of 15% alkaline mixture and high-pressure spraying of alkaline mixture in the rich area of hydrogen sulfide in coal body.The comprehensive treatment technology of hydrogen sulfide in 2-501 fully mechanized coal face is determined.The quantity of hydrogen sulfide gas emission from coal body is obviously reduced during actual mining,and the treatment effect is good.
