摘 要:为解决普通高位钻孔抽采效果不佳问题,以铺龙湾矿5110工作面瓦斯治理为工程背景,提出了以顶板高位定向长钻孔抽采为主的瓦斯抽采方案。通过高位裂隙层位理论分析和历史实际考察情况,确定5110工作面定向高位裂隙抽采层位定在25~50 m之间。现场抽采效果表明,定向高位钻孔抽采期间,上隅角瓦斯明显减少,隅角瓦斯浓度维持在0.30%~0.48%之间。定向钻孔抽采瓦斯浓度与工作面顶板来压密切关联,顶板来压时抽采浓度均有明显增加。In order to solve the problem of poor effectiveness of ordinary high-level drilling for gas extraction,a gas extraction scheme mainly based on directional long drilling for roof high-level drilling was proposed in the 5110 working face of Pulongwan Mine as the engineering background.Based on the theoretical analysis of the high-level fracture layer and historical investigation,it is determined that the directional high-level fracture extraction layer of the 5110 working face is set between 25~50 meters.The on-site extraction effect shows that during the directional high-level drilling extraction period,the gas in the upper corner is significantly reduced,and the gas concentration in the corner is maintained between 0.30% and 0.48%.The concentration of gas extracted by directional drilling is closely related to the roof pressure of the working face,and the extraction concentration increases significantly when the roof pressure is applied.
