摘 要:为进一步提升焦炉气制甲醇生产效率和安全性,以某化工企业甲醇生产线火炬系统的现存问题作为研究案例,基于自动控制原理和方法,利用PLC技术对焦炉气制甲醇生产过程中的火炬系统进行全方位的技术改造,并探究其安全防护措施。预计,本次技术改造将进一步提升该企业火炬系统的运行质量,有助于进一步推动焦炉气制甲醇生产线的稳定高效运行。In order to further improve the efficiency and safety of methanol production from coke oven gas,the existing problems of the torch system in a methanol production line of a chemical enterprise were taken as a research case.Based on the principle and method of automatic control,PLC technology was used to comprehensively transform the torch system in the coke oven gas to methanol production process,and its safety protection measures were explored.It is expected that this technological transformation will further improve the operational quality of the enterprise's torch system,which will help further promote the stable and efficient operation of the coke oven gas to methanol production line.
