四神丸加减治疗糖尿病性腹泻肾阳虚衰证临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察四神丸加减治疗糖尿病性腹泻肾阳虚衰证的效果。方法:81例随机分成两组,治疗组42例用四神丸加减治疗,对照组39例用洛酸梭菌二联活菌胶囊治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:四神丸加减治疗糖尿病性腹泻肾阳虚衰证疗效较好。Objective:To observe the effect of modified Sishen Pills in the treatment of diabetic diarrhea with kidney yang deficiency syndrome.Methods:Eighty-one cases were randomly divided into two groups.Forty-two cases in the treatment group were treated with modified Sishen Pills,while thirty-nine cases in the control group were treated with Clostridium Laurate Bivalent Viable Capsule.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Sishen Pills has good curative effect in the treatment of diabetic diarrhea with kidney yang deficiency syndrome.
