桃红四物汤加减联合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症血瘀气滞型临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察桃红四物汤加减联合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)血瘀气滞型的疗效。方法:105例随机分为两组,对照组51例予针刺疗法,观察组54例予桃红四物汤加减联合针刺治疗。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组下肢牵引痛、腰痛如刺和无法转侧评分均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后VAS评分均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后JOA评分均上升,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组皮疹、胃肠道反应、头晕等不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:桃红四物汤联合针刺治疗LDH血瘀气滞型效果较好。Objective:To observe the curative effect of modified Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)with blood stasis and qi stagnation.Methods:A total of 105 cases were randomly divided into two groups.Fifty-one cases in the control group were treated with acupuncture,while fifty-four cases in the observation group were treated with modified Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with acupuncture.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of lower limb traction pain,low back pain and unable to turn side in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups decreased,and that of the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The JOA scores of the two groups increased after treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions such as rash,gastrointestinal reaction,and dizziness between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with acupuncture is effective in the treatment of LDH with blood stasis and qi stagnation.
