地塞米松穴位注射预防经静脉术后自控镇痛并发恶心呕吐观察

摘　　要：目的:观察地塞米松内关穴注射预防经静脉术后自控镇痛(PCIA)并发恶心呕吐的效果。方法:114例随机分为3组各38例,A组PCIA后给予地塞米松穴位注射、B组给予生理盐水,C组不采用任何干预措施。结果:PCIA后12hA组疼痛评分低于B组和C组(P<0.05),PCIA后24hA组的疼痛评分低于B组(P<0.05)。PCIA后24hA组恶心呕吐次数及程度均低于C组(P<0.05)。结论:地塞米松内关穴注射能降低恶心呕吐的发生次数及程度,且能减轻疼痛。Objective:To observe the effect of dexamethasone injection at Neiguan(PC 6)on preventing nausea and vomiting after patient-controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA).Methods:A total of 114 cases were randomly divided into 3 groups,with 38 cases in each group.Group A were given dexamethasone acupoint injection after PCIA.Group B were given normal saline,and Group C were not given any intervention measures.Results:The pain score of Group A was lower than that of Group B and Group C at 12 h after PCIA(P<0.05),and the pain score of Group A was lower than that of Group B at 24 h after PCIA(P<0.05).The frequency and degree of nausea and vomiting in Group A were lower than those in Group C at 24 h after PCIA(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dexamethasone acupoint injection at Neiguan could reduce the frequency and degree of nausea and vomiting,as well as reduce pain.
