生血宝辅治缺铁性贫血临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察生血宝辅治缺铁性贫血(Iron deficient anemia,IDA)的疗效。方法:91例随机分为对照组45例和观察组46例,两组均用琥珀酸亚铁片治疗,观察组加用生血宝治疗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后贫血指标均升高且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:生血宝辅治缺铁性贫血疗效较好。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Shengxuebao on iron deficiency anemia(IDA).Methods:Ninety-one cases were randomly divided into the control group(45 cases)and the observation group(46 cases).Both groups were treated with ferrous succinate tablets,and the observation group were treated with Shengxuebao in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The anemia indexes of the two groups increased before and after treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shengxuebao is effective in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia.
