丹血蛭甲逍遥汤联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病足临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察丹血蛭甲逍遥汤联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病足(DF)的效果。方法:80例按照随机抽签法分为参照组和实验组各40例。两组均用硫辛酸治疗,实验组加用丹血蛭甲逍遥汤治疗。结果:实验组总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组溃疡面积均减少且实验组减少更显著(P<0.05)。治疗后实验组血管内径、Vm、血流量及Vp水平升高幅度均大于参照组(P<0.05)。与参照组治疗后比较实验组FMD、VEGF水平更高而sEPCR、ET-1水平更低(P<0.05)。与参照组治疗后比较实验组CAT、SOD及TAC水平更高而MDA水平更低(P<0.05)。结论:丹血蛭甲逍遥汤联合硫辛酸治疗DF疗效较好。Objective:To observe the effect of Danxue Zhijia Xiaoyao Decoction combined with lipoic acid in the treatment of diabetic foot(DF).Methods:Eighty cases were randomly divided into the reference group and the experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with lipoic acid,and the experimental group were treated with Danxue Zhijia Xiaoyao Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ulcer area of the two groups decreased and the experimental group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).After treatment,the increase of vascular diameter,Vm,blood flow and Vp level in the experimental group was greater than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group after treatment,the levels of FMD and VEGF in the experimental group were higher,while the levels of sEPCR and ET-1 were lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group after treatment,the levels of CAT,SOD and TAC in the experimental group were higher and the level of MDA was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Danxue Zhijia Xiaoyao Decoction combined with lipoic acid is effective in the treatment of DF.
