柔筋正骨推拿手法治疗小儿肌性斜颈疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察柔筋正骨推拿手法治疗肌性斜颈的临床疗效。方法:60例随机分为两组各30例,对照组予常规小儿推拿,治疗组予柔筋正骨推拿手法。结果:总有效率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组0~3个月总有效率100%,3~6个月总有效率90%,6~12个月总有效率83.33%。结论:柔筋正骨推拿手法治疗小儿肌性斜颈效果较好,且月龄越小效果越好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of flexible sinews bone-setting massage in the treatment of muscular torticollis.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group were treated with routine pediatric massage,while the treatment group were treated with flexible sinews bone-setting massage.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100%in 0~3 months,90%in 3~6 months,and 83.33%in 6~12 months.Conclusion:Flexible sinews bone-setting massage is effective in the treatment of children with muscular torticollis,and the younger the month,the better the effect.
