摘　　要：通过构建专业人才培养课程地图的总体要素,总体结构图和课程时序图等,课程地图可以直观地呈现健康服务与管理专业的人才培养方案,帮助学生明确专业的定位及培养目标,结合自身发展规划制订学习计划。本文围绕学生需求,通过引入课程地图探析健康服务与管理专业的人才培养体系,将理论与实践运用紧密结合,以期培养具有良好的创新精神和组织、计划、协调与沟通等管理能力的高端管理人才,为人民群众的健康保驾护航。Through the construction of professional talent training curriculum map of the overall elements,the overall structure chart and course timing chart,the curriculum map can intuitively present the talent training plan of health service and management major,the students to clarify the professional orientation and training goals were helped,and formulate learning plans in combination with their own development plans.Focusing on the needs of students,this paper explores the talent training system of health service and management by introducing the curriculum map,and closely combines theory and practice,in order to cultivate high-end management talents with good innovative spirit,and management skills such as organization,planning,coordination and communication,so as to escort the health of the people.
