摘　　要：SAPHO综合征是一种罕见的自身免疫性炎症性疾病,目前尚无特效的治疗方案。近年来,中医药疗法在风湿免疫性疾病的临床诊疗方面呈现出了一定的应用优势,这使得该疗法被临床工作者广泛关注。房定亚教授在长期实践过程中也形成了一套特色的以综合评估、早期干预、个性化治疗、多学科协作和患者教育为核心的风湿免疫性疾病诊疗体系并对该病的诊疗积累了一定的临证经验。本文将以房教授关于1例SAPHO综合征患者的诊疗情况为例来探讨其经验,以期给该病的临床诊疗提供新的思路和方法。SAPHO syndrome is a rare autoimmune inflammatory disease for which there is no specific treatment.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine therapy has shown certain application advantages in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of rheumatic immune diseases,which makes the therapy widely concerned by clinicians.In the course of long-term practice,Professor Fang Dingya has also formed a unique diagnosis and treatment system of rheumatic immune diseases with comprehensive assessment,early intervention,personalized treatment,multidisciplinary collaboration,and patient education as the core,and has accumulated certain clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.This article will take Professor Fang’s diagnosis and treatment of a patient with SAPHO syndrome as an example to discuss his experience,in order to provide new ideas and methods for clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
