摘 要:[目的]探索水稻田除草剂fenoxasulfone的合成方法。[方法]以2,5-二氯苯酚为原料,经过羟甲基化、取代和氯代合成中间体2,5-二氯-4-乙氧基苄氯,再通过偶联和氧化得到目标产物。[结果]通过7步反应合成目标物fenoxasulfone,产品含量98%,反应总收率39.3%(以2,5-二氯苯酚计)。[结论] Fenoxasulfone及其中间体的合成,为其工艺优化及其类似物的相关合成研究提供参考依据。[Aims]The aim of this study is to discover a method to synthesize a rice field herbicide,fenoxasulfone.[Methods]Using 2,5-dichlorophenol as raw material,the intermediate 1,4-dichloro-2-(chloromethyl)-5-ethoxybenzene was synthesized by hydroxymethylation,substitution and chlorination,and then the target product was obtained by coupling and oxidation.[Results]Fenoxasulfone was synthesized by 7 steps of reactions,with purity of 98%and a total yield of 39.3%(caculated by 2,5-dichorophenol).[Conclusions]The synthetic methods of fenoxasulfone and its intermediates provided a reference for optimization of its synthetic process and synthesis research of its analogues.
