摘 要:文中通过比对研究不同增韧剂对国产环氧沥青的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、杨氏模量与容留时间等指标参数,分析适合国产环氧沥青的增韧剂品牌.研究不同增韧剂掺量的环氧沥青力学性能指标与容留时间指标差异,分析适宜的增韧剂掺量区间.结果表明:增韧剂可显著改善环氧沥青的脆性属性,提高容留时间指标,降低施工难度.增韧剂指标控制在5.3%~6.1%区间时,国产环氧沥青与日本TAF环氧沥青力学指标相近,性能基本满足路面铺装需求,特别在容留时间指标得到了显著改善,大幅度降低环氧沥青铺装的施工难度.By comparing and studying the tensile strength,elongation at break,Young’s modulus and retention time of different toughening agents on domestic epoxy asphalt,the brand of toughening agent suitable for domestic epoxy asphalt was analyzed.The difference of mechanical properties and storage time of epoxy asphalt with different toughening agent content was studied,and the suitable toughening agent content interval was analyzed.The results show that the toughening agent can significantly improve the brittleness of epoxy asphalt,improve the retention time index and reduce the construction difficulty.When the index of toughening agent is controlled in the range of 5.3%~6.1%,the mechanical index of domestic epoxy asphalt is similar to that of Japanese TAF epoxy asphalt,and its performance basically meets the requirements of pavement.The retention time index has been significantly improved and the construction difficulty of epoxy asphalt pavement has been greatly reduced.
