摘  要:简述了纤维增强树脂基复合材料的抗弹机理,介绍了装甲防护领域常用的高性能有机抗弹纤维和树脂,分析了影响纤维复合材料抗弹性能的主要因素。从纤维/树脂协调匹配的角度出发,揭示了匹配的各组分可以最大程度上发挥增强体高强度、高模量和基体能量吸收率高的特性,分析了纤维/树脂匹配性的发展趋势,指出下一步研究重点在于构建恰当的纤维/树脂匹配体系,通过调整纤维/树脂含量、树脂模量和对纤维进行表面处理等进行调控。Bulletproof mechanism of fiber-reinforced resin based composite materials were briefly described,high-performance organic bulletproof fibers and resins commonly used in the field of armor protection were introduced,and the main factors affecting the bulletproof performance of fiber composite materials were analyzed.From the perspective of fiber/resin coordination matching,it was revealed that matched components can maximize high strength,modulus and energy absorption of the reinforcement body and matrix.The development trend of fiber/resin matching was analyzed,and it was pointed out that the next research focus was to construct an appropriate fiber/resin matching system,which could be regulated by adjusting the fiber/resin content,resin modulus,and surface treatment of the fibers.
