摘　　要：过去两年间,习近平主席相继提出的全球发展倡议和全球文明倡议得到国际社会积极响应并化抽象理念为生动实践。与此同时,全球南方的新一轮觉醒给南南合作提供了新的发展机遇。中国和拉美同属全球南方,都面临进一步发展的使命,双方亟待加强合作以实现共同发展。从长远来看,实现这一目标的关键路径是推进发展知识合作,提高自主发展能力,其中,发展知识合作是贯通全球发展倡议和全球文明倡议的创新实践。中国式现代化是对中国百年发展经验和实践的高度凝结和提炼,是中国最大的发展知识。历经早期的探索和近两年的创新实践之后,中拉发展知识合作不断走深走实,最终搭建起“以知识促发展,以合作促发展”为宗旨的中拉发展知识联盟——这种创新平台的价值令人期待。本文旨在从全球南方框架下考察发展知识合作的必要性和可行性,总结其在联合国和发展中地区的探索,在此基础上对中拉发展知识合作的创新实践进行系统评价。本文认为,2024年中拉论坛十周年将为中拉发展知识合作提供新动力,未来应以中国式现代化为核心发展知识探索合作模式和路径,以为新时期中拉全面合作伙伴提质升级贡献智慧和力量。In the past two years,President Xi Jinping has successively proposed the Global Development Initiative and the Global Civilization Initiative,both of which have been well received,especially by developing countries,and have been turned from abstract ideas into concrete practices.At the same time,the resurgence of the Clobal South has opened up new development opportunities for South-South cooperation.Both China and Latin America and the Caribbean are members of the Global South facing the common task of further development,which urgently need to strengthen cooperation to achieve common development.In the long run,the most important way to achieve this goal is to promote development knowledge cooperation and enhance independent development capabilities.Chinese-style modernization is the refinement of China's century-long development experience and practice,which makes it China's best development knowledge.The development knowledge cooperation is an innovative practice that bridges the Global Development Initiative and the Global Civilization Initiative.After initial explorations and innovative practices in the past two years,development knowledge cooperation between China and Latin America has continued to solidify,and as a result,the China-LAC Alliance of Knowledge for Development platform has been established with the goal of“knowledge for development and cooperation for development”.The paper aims to explore the necessity and feasibility of development knowledge cooperation in the context of the Global South.Based on this,it systematically reviews the explorations and innovative practices in the field of development knowledge cooperation between China and Latin America in recent years.The paper also argues that the 1Oth Anniversary of the China-CELAC Forum in 2024 will provide new impetus for China-LAC development knowledge cooperation.In the future,the two sides should promote development knowledge cooperation with Chinese-style modernization as the core,so as to provide wisdom and strength for the upgradi
