摘 要:随着电力、通信、输油、输气管道等行业的不断发展,对重型制管成型机的品种、规格要求不断提高。重型制管成型机是生产重、大型钢管的核心设备。本文就2010年之前国内外制管成型机技术水平以及两种不同制管成型工艺进行比较。对2020年以后国内外制管成型机发展现状、技术水平进行探讨,并提出重型制管成型机在主机结构、液压系统、控制系统等方面的发展趋势。With the development of industry such as electric power transmission,communications,capital construction piling,prefabricated construction,wind power,oil transportation,and gas pipelines,the requirements for the variety and specifications of forming machines are constantly increasing.Heavy type pipeline fabrication forming machines are the core equipment for producing various types of steel pipes.This paper compares the status and technical level of domestic and foreign pipe forming machines before 2010,as well as two different pipe forming processes and their technology economy.The development status and technical level of domestic and foreign pipe forming machines after 2020 were discussed,and the development trends in the main structure,hydraulic system,control system and other aspects of heavy type pipeline forming machines in the future were proposed.
