摘 要:为确定冰草属(Agropyron Gaertn.)牧草种子产量与农艺性状之间的关系,从而通过育种实践提高冰草品种(系)种子产量,采用田间试验的方法,对16个冰草品种(系)材料的株高、穗长、穗宽、每穗小穗数、每小穗小花数、小穗粒数、穗质量、枝条数和种子产量进行了相关性分析、回归分析、通径分析和聚类分析。结果表明:冰草种质资源变异丰富,农艺性状的变异系数在2.25%~64.00%之间;相关分析和通径分析表明,穗质量与种子产量表现极显著正相关(P<0.01),穗宽、每穗小穗数和每小穗小花数与种子产量的相关性也达到显著性水平(P<0.05);对种子产量直接贡献的性状由大到小的排列顺序为穗宽、每小穗小花数、穗质量、每穗小穗数;聚类分析在平方欧氏距离为5.0处,将16个冰草品种(系)分为4大类群,第Ⅰ类群和第Ⅱ类群种子产量表现较好,其中蒙农杂种冰草、AZ1513和AZ879可作为筛选高种子产量的材料资源。The correlation analysis,regression analysis,path analysis and cluster analysis of plant height,spike length,spike width,spikelets per spike,florets per spikelet,grains per spikelet,panicle weight,branch number and seed yield of 16 varieties(lines)were carried out with field experiment to study the relationship between seed yield and agronomic traits of Agropyron Gaertn.,and to provide a theoretical basis for the breeding of high seed yield of Agropyron Gaertn.The results showed that the genetic diversity of Agropyron varieties(lines)was rich,and the coefficient of variation of agronomic traits ranged from 2.25%to 64.00%.The correlation analysis and path analysis showed that panicle weight was positively correlated with seed yield(P<0.01),and the correlation between spike width,spikelets per spike and florets per spikelet and seed yield reached a significant level(P<0.05);The direct contribution to seed yield was spike width,florets per spikelet,panicle weight,spikelets per spike.The study materials were divided into four groups at the squared Euclidean distance 5.0 with the clustering analysis,taxa I and II showed the better seed yield,and Hycrest-Mengnong,AZ1513 and AZ879 could be used as high seed yield resources.
