论列宁《帝国主义论》在处理当代国际关系的在场性及其价值

摘　　要：《帝国主义论》是列宁研究帝国主义理论的思想结晶和科学总结,也是对科学社会主义的根本遵循。虽然《帝国主义论》是列宁时代认清帝国主义本质和问题的重要理论武器,但是在处理当代国际关系问题时,它仍然具有强烈的在场性。这是因为,世界仍处在由资本主义向社会主义的过渡时代,当代帝国主义对发展中国家的垄断和新殖民主义依然存在,当代帝国主义发动战争、推行霸权主义的本质没有改变,当代帝国主义的腐朽性和垂死性等根本特征没有改变,社会主义与资本主义根本对立斗争日趋白热化。当前,世界大变局加速演进,世界之变、时代之变、历史之变正以前所未有的方式展开,世界进入了新的动荡变革期。就此而言,《帝国主义论》对社会主义中国在处理国际关系中应当秉持的外交理论和战略选择具有重要的现实启示意义。“Imperialism is the Highest Stage of Capitalism”(referred to as“Imperialist Theory”)is the ideological crystallization and scientific summary of Lenin’s research on imperialist theory.“Imperialist Theory”is the fundamental follow-up to scientific socialism and an important theoretical weapon for contemporary recognition of the nature and problems of imperialism.It has a strong relevance in today’s world:the world is still in the era of transition from capitalism to socialism,and contemporary imperialism's monopoly on developing countries and neo-colonialism still exist.The essence of contemporary imperialism waging war and promoting hegemony has not changed,and the fundamental characteristics of contemporary imperialism,such as decadence and dying nature,have not changed,and the fundamental confrontation between socialism and capitalism is becoming increasingly hot.Great changes in the world today are accelerating their evolution.The changes in the world,the changes in the times,and the changes in history are unfolding in an unprecedented way.The world has entered a new period of turmoil and change.“Imperialist Theory”has important practical enlightenment significance for the diplomatic theory and strategic choices that socialist China should uphold in dealing with international relations.
