摘 要:伤口愈合是皮肤受伤或感染后修复皮肤屏障的一个复杂生物学过程。伤口愈合不良会导致机体的功能障碍,严重影响患者的生活质量,同时显著增加了患者的经济负担。随着高通量测序技术的发展和成熟,单细胞转录组测序技术因其能精细划分细胞亚群、评估细胞异质性、追踪细胞谱系、识别稀有细胞等独特优势已被广泛应用于生物医学领域中。本文主要综述单细胞转录组测序技术在伤口愈合中的研究进展,旨在为伤口愈合的基础和临床研究提供参考。Wound healing is a complex biological process of repairing the skin barrier after a skin injury or infection.Poor wound healing leads to dysfunction of the organism,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients and significantly increases their economic burden.With the development and maturation of high-throughput sequencing technology,single-cell transcriptome sequencing technology has been widely used in biomedical fields due to its unique advantages such as its ability to finely delineate cell subpopulations,assess cellular heterogeneity,track cell lineage,and identify rare cells.In this paper,we summarize the research progress of single-cell transcriptome sequencing technology in wound healing,aiming to provide a reference for basic and clinical research on wound healing.
