摘  要:黄河冲洪积平原中下游地区粉土的物理力学性质较差,易使高速公路新旧路基出现差异沉降现象,影响行车安全。结合叶县至鲁山高速公路项目,总结了水泥土桩加固软弱地基方法的工艺流程及施工时的注意事项。水泥土桩的加固过程有很多工序,包括区域放线、对正桩机、拌机下沉喷浆、拌机搅拌上升、完成该桩后移向下一桩位等。该工程地基土为粉土及粉质黏土,属中高压缩性土,天然含水量高,孔隙比较大。利用水泥土桩加固软弱地基,可以在保证高速公路工程质量的前提下,加快施工进度,提高施工效率,减少对环境的污染,同时提高地基承载力,减少公路施工后的质量隐患。The physical and mechanical properties of silt in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River alluvial plain are poor,which can easily cause differential settlement between new and old roadbeds on highways,affecting driving safety.Summarize the process flow and construction precautions of using cement soil piles to reinforce weak foundations in conjunction with the Yexian Lushan Expressway project.The reinforcement process of cement soil piles involves many processes,including area laying out,aligning the pile machine,sinking and spraying the slurry with the mixer,mixing and lifting with the mixer,and moving the pile to the next position after completion.The foundation soil of this project is composed of silt and silty clay,which belong to medium high compressibility soil with high natural water content and large porosity.The use of cement soil piles to reinforce weak foundations can accelerate construction progress,improve construction efficiency,and reduce environmental pollution while ensuring the quality of highway engineering.In the meanwhile,that helps to reinforce weak foundations,the bearing capacity of the foundation has been improved and the quality hazards after highway construction have been reduced.
