摘　　要：作为国有资本经营预算(简称国资预算)工作的最后一个环节,国资预算绩效评价具有非常重要的意义,其结果能够体现国资预算使用的规范程度和成效,在一定程度上反映预算使用的情况,并为下一步预算工作的开展起到经验总结、指导和借鉴作用。为进一步完善国资预算绩效评价内容,结合财政部最新的评价体系及实际操作经验提出建议,助力形成更科学、更完善、更具指导意义的实操系统。As the last link of state-owned capital operation budget work,the performance evaluation of capital operation budget is of great significance.The result reflects the use of state-owned capital operation budget to a certain extent.While judging the standardization and effectiveness of budget use,it provides experience summary,guidance and reference for the development of budget work in the next step.In order to further improve the performance evaluation content of state-owned assets budget,combined with the latest evaluation system and practical operation experience of the Ministry of Finance,some suggestions are put forward to form a more scientific,more perfect and more instructive practical system.
