基于EDEM的土荆芥茎秆离散元参数标定

摘  要:针对目前土荆芥植物收获设备研发中离散元仿真缺乏准确模型问题。以土荆芥茎秆为研究对象,在离散元EDEM软件中对物理和粘结参数进行标定。为测定土荆芥茎秆的泊松比、剪切模量、碰撞恢复系数、静摩擦系数、滚动摩擦系数等物理参数和切向接触刚度、临界法向应力、临界切向应力、粘结半径等粘结参数,以休止角和剪切试验为基础,采用Plackett-Burman、Steepest ascent和Box-Behnken试验进行休止角仿真研究,测定土荆芥的物理参数。仿真休止角与物理休止角相对误差为0.47%;以确定的粘结参数进行剪切仿真试验;仿真剪切破坏力与物理试验破坏力相对误差为0.84%。所标定的参数能够真实反映土荆芥茎秆的力学特性,结果为土荆芥收获机械研发中离散元仿真提供理论支撑。In response to the lack of accurate discrete element simulation models in the current research and development of soil mustard plant harvesting equipment.This study focuses on soil mustard stems and calibrates physical and bonding parameters using Hertz Mindlin(no slip)and Hertz Mindlin with bonding contact models in EDEM software.Based on the angle of rest and shear tests,physical parameters such as Poisson's ratio,shear modulus,collision recovery coefficient,static friction coefficient,rolling friction coefficient,and bonding parameters such as normal contact stiffness,tangential contact stiffness,critical normal stress,critical tangential stress,and bonding radius were determined through Plackett Burman,Steepest Ascent,and Box Behnken tests.Simulating the angle of rest with determined physical parameters,the results show that the relative error between the simulated angle of rest and the physical angle of rest is 0.47%;The shear simulation test was conducted with the determined bonding parameters,and the results showed that the relative error between the simulated shear failure force and the physical test failure force was 0.84%.Indicating that the calibrated parameters can truly reflect the mechanical characteristics of the soil mustard stem.The research results provide reliable parameters for discrete element simulation in the development process of soil mustard harvesting machinery.
