摘 要:建立并优化了灵芝多糖的氢-1核磁共振波谱(1H-NMR)快速检测方法。以异头氢区(δ4.42~5.40 ppm)为“指纹”鉴定区,通过比较样本光谱与标准光谱的相似性测定灵芝多糖,并开展了方法学验证。结果显示,利用该方法检测8批自提赤芝多糖的结果与标准图谱相似性均达到0.95以上,显示了良好的重现性。建立的1H-NMR快速检测法能快速、准确地检测灵芝多糖,具有操作简单、重复性好、专属性强、精确度高的特点。A rapid detection method for the determination of Ganoderma polysaccharides by using 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1H-NMR)was established and optimized.The heterotopic hydrogen region(δ4.42-5.40 ppm)was used as the‘fingerprint’identification area to determine the Ganoderma polysaccharide by comparing the similarity between the sample spectrum and the standard spectrum,and the methodology verification was carried out.8 batches of self extracted Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides were identified using this method,and the results showed a similarity of over 0.95 with the standard sample spectrum,demonstrating good reproducibility.The established 1H-NMR rapid detection method can quickly and accurately detect Ganoderma polysaccharides,and has the characteristics of simple operation,good repeatability,strong specificity and high accuracy.
