摘　　要：《香格里拉松茸保护与利用白皮书》从香格里拉松茸发展实际出发,提出了坚持松茸可持续发展的理念,梳理了松茸的发展背景、取得成效、发展机遇、存在的问题及面临的挑战;分析了香格里拉松茸的保护现状和保护措施,香格里拉松茸的利用现状和利用措施;依据标准对香格里拉松茸进行分级,并从组织、政策、资金、科技人才、执法监督,倡导全民行动、合作交流等方面强化松茸保护措施。《白皮书》的出台,促进了香格里拉松茸产业发展“始于松茸,不止于松茸”,实现香格里拉松茸产业生态、经济和社会效益的多赢。The White Paper on Protection and Utilization of Shangri-La Matsutake from the actual development of Shangri-La matsutake,put forward the concept of adhering to the sustainable development of matsutake,sorted out the background of matsutake,the development achievements,opportunities,problems and challenges.Analyzed the protection status quo and protection measures of Shangri-La matsutake,the utilization status quo and utilization measures of Shangri-La matsutake.The Shangri-La matsutake is graded according to the standard,and the protection of matsutake is strengthened from the aspects of organization,policy,funds,scientific and technological personnel,law enforcement supervision,advocacy of national action,cooperation and exchange.The introduction of the White Paper aims to promote the development of Shangri-La's matsutake industry‘begins with matsutake,more than matsutake’and realize the multi-win of Shangri-La matsutake industry ecological,economic and social benefits.
