摘  要:在热镀锌机组沉没辊系表面锌渣刮不干净导致带钢镀层出现较多辊印缺陷,严重降低板带产品质量等级。充分考虑热镀锌机组设备与其工艺特点,基于对沉没辊系刮刀机构受力分析建立基于影响因素的刮刀力修正模型;采用条元法构建了沉没辊系各辊受到的外载荷合力及其方向角相关模型,并形成了沉没辊系轴颈与轴瓦的接触条件判据。随后以此建立以沉没辊系辊面残留锌渣厚度为优化目标函数的刮刀角度综合优化模型,并制定刮刀角度综合优化流程。最后,将沉没辊系刮刀角度综合优化技术应用国内某钢铁企业热镀锌机组,选取2种典型规格带钢来对比优化前、后辊面残留锌渣厚度;通过现场测量发现:该优化技术减少沉没辊系各辊面锌渣厚度沉积量,可有效降低产品表面辊印缺陷发生率。The zinc slag was not scraped clean on the surface of sunk roll system in hot dip galvanizing unit,which resulted in many roll printing defects on the surface of galvanized steel strip,so the quality grade of the strip products was seriously decreased.Fully considering the equipment and process characteristics of the hot-dip galvanizing unit,a scraper force correction model based on influencing factors is established according to the force analysis of the sinking roller system scraper mechanism.The net force of the external load and its direction angle of each roller in the system were established by using strip element method,and the contact condition criterion of journal and bearing bush of the roll system was formed.On this basis,a comprehensive optimization model of scraper angle was established,which took the thickness of residual zinc residue on the surface of sunk roller system as the optimization objective function.Finally,the comprehensive technology of scraper angle for sunk roll system was applied to the hot dip galvanizing unit of a domestic iron and steel enterprise.Two typical steel strips were selected to compare the thickness of residual zinc slag on roll surfaces before and after optimization.Field measurement shows that the optimization technology reduces the deposition of zinc slag thickness on each roll surface of sunk roller system and can effectively reduce the incidence of roller printing defects on the strip surface.
