摘  要:阐述用于冷库冷风机融霜的热气融霜、水冲霜、电热融霜的工作原理,在相同运行工况下,从初投资、运行成本、融霜效果等方面进行对比分析。结果表明,电热融霜冷风机初投资最低,约为热气融霜的60%,水冲霜的80%;热气融霜冷风机运行成本约为电热融霜冷风机的40%~50%,水冲霜冷风机的1.2~1.4倍;水冲霜融霜效果最好。最后针对不同类型冷库冷风机给出融霜方式的建议。The operation principles of the defrosting methods of air cooler in cold storage are introduced,including hot gas defrosting,water defrosting and electric defrost-ing.Under the same operation condition,the comparative analysis is made from initial investment cost,operation cost,defrosting effect etc.The results show that the initial investment of air cooler with electric defrosting is the lowest,which is 60%of that of hot gas defrosting,and 80%of that of water defrosting;the operation cost of air cooler with hot gas defrosting is about 40%-50%of that of electric defrosting,and 1.2-1.4 times of that of water defrosting;the defrosting effect of air cooler with water defrosting is the best.Finally,the defrosting methods of air cooler for different types of cold storage are suggested.
