摘  要:侧板作为暖通空调用离心式通风机的主要组成部件,其结构对风机的振动会产生直接影响。在保证风机压力-流量和轴功率-流量性能偏差均不超过2%的前提下,对2类侧板结构进行静态结构分析和振动检测的综合对比,确定侧板结构对风机振动的影响程度。结果表明,安装2类侧板的风机在转速1800 r/min且刚性支撑状态下,轴承位最大振动速度均满足JB/T 8689—2014《通风机振动检测及其限值》的要求;采用薄板压筋型侧板风机的振动速度较采用厚板平面型侧板风机平均增大15%左右。As one of the main components of the centrifugal fan for HVAC,the structure of side plate will have a direct impact on the vibration of the fan.On the premise that the deviations of fan pressure-flow and shaft power-flow performance do not exceed 2%,the static structure analysis and vibration detection are conducted for the comprehensive comparison of the two types of side plate structures to determine the impact of the side plate structure on the fan vibration.The results show that the maximum vibration velocity of the bearing position of the fan installed with two types of side plates meets the requirements of JB/T 8689-2014 Fan Vibration Detection and Limits under the rotating speed of 1800 r/min and rigid support state.The fan vibration velocity of the thin-plate stiffened side plate is about 15%higher than that of the thick-plate flat side plate.
