摘 要:为了分析亲水涂层对翅片管式换热器空气侧性能的影响,对干/湿工况下亲水涂层翅片和普通翅片管式换热器空气侧的压降和热阻进行对比试验。结果表明:相对于普通翅片管式换热器,在干工况下,亲水涂层翅片管式换热器空气侧压降略增大,空气侧热阻增大10%左右;在湿工况下,亲水涂层翅片管式换热器空气侧压降减小,空气侧热阻增大4%左右;亲水涂层翅片管式换热器空气侧热阻基本不受空气湿度的影响。In order to analyze the effect of hydrophilic coating on the air side performance of finned tube heat exchanger,an contrast experiment is conducted on the pressure drop and heat resistance of hydrophilic coating&plain finned tube heat exchanger under dry/wet conditions.The results show that compared with the plain finned tube heat exchanger,the air side pressure drop increases a little,while the heat resistance increases about 10%for hydrophilic coating finned tube heat exchanger under dry condition;the air side pressure drop decreases a little,while the heat resistance increases about 4%for hydrophilic coating finned tube heat exchanger under wet condition.Moreover,the heat resistance for hydrophilic coating finned tube heat exchanger is generally not influenced by air humidity.
