摘　　要：目的:探讨五家渠地区消化系统恶性肿瘤患者希望水平状况及相应的影响因素。方法:采用Herth希望量表对202例消化系统恶性肿瘤患者进行问卷调查,分析影响希望水平的相关因素。结果:消化系统恶性肿瘤患者的希望水平得分为(28.90±7.71)分,位于中间水平;72.77%的患者处于中间及以下水平,高水平的患者仅占27.22%;患者的希望水平与社会的支持、经济及文化水平、患有疾病时间呈正相关性,与年龄呈负相关,经济水平低、独居者希望水平明显低于家住城镇、有配偶同住者(P<0.01)。结论:消化系统恶性肿瘤患者的希望水平处于中等水平,医护人员及家庭成员应对此情况给予重视,并结合患者的情况制定相应的干预措施,提升其对生存的希望,进而改善生活质量,提升战胜疾病的信心。Objective:Exploring the status of Hope level of patients with malignant tumors of the digestive system in Wujiaqu area and the corresponding influencing factors.Methods:A questionnaire was administered to 202 patients with malignant tumors of the digestive system using Herth Hope Quantification Scale,to analyze the influencing factors related to patients'level of hope.Results:The interval of hope level score for patients with malignant tumors of the digestive system was(28.90±7.71)points,which is in the middle level,72.77%of patients were at intermediate and lower levels,while only 27.22%were in the high level,patients'level of Hope showed a positive correlation with the level of social support,economic and cultural level,and time with the disease,negative correlation with age,with lower economic levels and those living alone having significantly lower levels of hope than those living in towns and cities and those living with a spouse(P<0.01).Conclusions:The hope level of patients with Malignant tumors of the digestive system is at a medium level,and healthcare professionals and family members should pay attention to this situation and formulate appropriate interventions in accordance with the patient's situation to enhance their hope for survival,thereby improving the quality of life and boosting their confidence in overcoming the disease.
